PEEK
Overview
PEEK is a linear aromatic semi-crystalline structure polymer, which is recognized as the best performance thermoplastic material at present.
All kinds of traditional processing equipment can be used(For example, injection molding, extrusion/continuous automatic feeding into molding equipment)To process PEEK polymers and compounds,The polymer can be colored by using a special formulation masterbatch.
The relative density of pure resin is 1.3, the glass transition temperature is 143°C, the melting point is 343°C, the long-term use temperature is 260°C, and the auto-ignition temperature is >595°C.
