Overview

PA is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic engineering plastic. It is the general term for thermoplastic resins containing amide groups—[NHCO]— in the repeating units of the macromolecular backbone, including aliphatic polyamides, aliphatic aromatic polyamides and aromatic polyamides. Among them, aliphatic polyamides have many varieties, large yields and wide applications, and their naming is determined by the specific number of carbon atoms of the synthetic monomer. It can be used as both fiber and plastic.

PA6 specific gravity 1.14, melting point 220~222℃.

PA66 specific gravity 1.14, melting point 260~263℃.
