LCP
Overview
Liquid crystal polymer resins are generally beige, and there are also white opaque solid particles.
In the molten state, there is very little entanglement between molecules, and only a small shear stress can be used to make it orientate. Because it shows the nature of crystals in liquid form. Therefore, it is called a liquid crystal polymer. After cooling, the shape can be maintained stably after solidification.
Compared with other organic polymer materials, LCP has a relatively unique molecular structure and thermal behavior. Its molecules are composed of rigid rod-shaped macromolecular chains, which are melted by heat or dissolved by solvents to form a liquid crystal with both solid and liquid properties. state. The special phase structure of LCP gives it some special properties.
