PPS
Overview
The appearance is dark brown (cross-linked type) and white (straight-chain type). It is a simple chemical structure formed by the repeated connection of benzene ring and sulfur. Due to the rigidity and heat resistance of the benzene ring structure, and the benzene ring and sulfur The stability of the chemical bond between them, so it has a variety of excellent properties.
PPS is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic material, and the degree of crystallinity is very important for the stiffness and mechanical properties of thermoplastic polymers.
The proportion of pure resin is 1.35, the glass transition temperature is 80~100℃, the melting point is 275~285℃, and the long-term use temperature is 220~240℃.
