Overview

Polypropylene is chemically stable as a semi-crystalline resin. The higher the crystallinity, the higher the softening point and thermal deformation temperature, rigidity, tensile strength, modulus and hardness of the resin, as well as other mechanical properties. It is brittle when it is close to zero.
Polypropylene homopolymer: It is polymerized from a single propylene monomer, with high crystallinity, good mechanical strength and heat resistance.
Polypropylene copolymer: It is a copolymer of propylene and ethylene with high impact strength. It can be divided into two types: random copolymer and block copolymer.
The relative specific gravity of pure resin is 0.9, the glass transition temperature is -20℃, the melting point is 165~170℃, the long-term use temperature is up to 125℃, and the decomposition temperature is >300℃
